Excalibur requires that all the spare parts should be inspected before entering the warehouse. We have inspectors for universal spare parts, and inspectors for special spare parts.
Equipments, such as hardness testers, micrometers, callipers, and jumping instrument to test the roundness and surface roughness.
Assembly Quality Test
Excalibur engineers are in charge of the assembly quality. They will keep records of the process and result.
Excalibur requires launch test for every product, to check if there’s any problem with the assembly. We check the speed, temperature, and noise as well. If everything’s OK, we will send to packing.

● As a factory, we will always support your with the technologies for all of our products.
● If any warranty case happens, we will get back to you with our solutions within 24 hours.
● For the massive problem, although the possibility is very small, we will send our technicians abroad to help to solve the problem.
● All the spare parts, within our warranty period, are for free.
